As a nurse in New York City, Ashley Ann knows firsthand what it feels like to be fighting on the front lines of the coronavirus prevention and care efforts. In the face of difficult challenges, she has some warm advice for her fellow healthcare warriors (and for all of us):
“Always remember to smile, everyone can see it in your eyes even with your mask on. Protect yourself, your loved ones, and your patients during this difficult time. Also, remember why you chose to be a nurse and don’t forget about the positive impact you are making!”
