Everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their background and identity. While working with companies, Olivia was commonly told that unions were harmful only to realize later that the statement was untrue. Olivia supports unions because they help create safe work environments for Black workers; ensuring that Black workers are respected, earn fair wages, and are given opportunities for growth.
