“Labor history is often missing from our children’s textbooks, leaving it up to us (parents) to teach our children labor justice. I’ve witnessed first hand lack of inclusion and at one point was forced, by the corporation I was working for, to practice unfair business practices. The cost of living is skyrocketing and wages are stagnant. Minimum wage in the state of GA, where I reside, is $7.25! How is that possible? There’s no one standing for laborers besides the unions.”
