Do you know that minimum wage, sick days, parental leave, employee healthcare, reduced pay gap for women/women of color exist today because unions fought for these?
I’m so supportive of unions because of the amazing work they’ve done and continue to do to offer protection for not only it’s members but the public. It’s so relieving to know that someone is fighting for protection for me and the people I love.
